Classes will be kept small in size and only open to teenagers and adults. If you do not have a practice uniform (keiko-gi) then just wear loose comfortable clothing, sweats or workout clothes.
The work involves a lot of repetitive solo and paired exercises. There will also be a lot of hands-on, body contact in the training in order to help teach proper movements. The training can be both mentally and physically exhausting in the beginning (not like a hard cardio workout) because we are not accustomed to using our minds and bodies in this manner.
